I see so many posts about the ugly side of being 60+. What's good about being our age.

I'll go first

I have endometriosis.

I went into to early menopause at age 46. It's been heaven since. I don't miss any of it and Wicked lubes have been our friendly helper.

I have embraced being postmenopausal because I started my period at age 11, in the 1970s. I was 42 before being diagnosed with endometriosis during exploratory surgery for ovarian cancer. No cancer. It was PCOS and endometriosis

I spent over 30 years suffering with no answers or real help.

Doctors, back then, did nothing, and said here have a pill.

I had break through bleeding a few years back. Went to my woman gyn and had an endometrial biopsy with no pain meds. I asked about a total hysterectomy. She replied with... That's rather drastic, I was thinking a D+C. 😒 It was not cancer and resolved on its own

I will take all the postmenopausal issues over those horrible periods any day of the week.

I see so many posts here talking about HRT and having so many issues that I almost feel out of place, here, because my only issue is arthritis and I've started my stem cell journey to fix that
