Anything to be worried about?

Anything to be worried about?

Bought this m240i stage 2 recently, FSH and recently did my own full service replacing plugs & doing the gearbox. It’s at 70k currently. Car pulls like a train and runs extremely well. Old oil and plugs all looked great when I took them out. No leaks to speak of or rough idle. I’m not worried about the car but just interested to know what could be causing these codes? Tbf I haven’t cleared them and retried yet so they may just disappear.

I'm wondering if anyone can help me. I'm currently working for a company through Primis umbrella company inside IR35. We've all been told (those under primis) that we have to move to Manpower as full employees of them (PAYE, not contracting) or choose from 5 different other umbrella companies. Our day rates stay the same regardless of what we choose but I’m still paying ERNI & App levy within both rates if that makes sense, so technically day rate is lower on PAYE but I’m paid the same. I'm trying to work out whats the best move. As far as I'm aware if I go with manpower there is no weekly cost as its direct to the company, and I would assume I'm paid the same if the day rate is the same however its been hard to get an exact figure from them, and when fully employed some costs (employers NI & apprentice levy) are hidden and already taken from your day rate before you see it on the payslip where as currently I can see all the deductions.
As for the umbrella companies I've been offered the below:

Advance

First 8 weeks waived/free; £100 joiner bonus; free salary sacrifice

Free salary sacrifice; guaranteed payments on a Friday

£18 P/W

Giant

First 3 weeks free

Voted best Umbrella for 7 years; same day faster payments at no extra cost

£20 P/W

Nasa

£100 sign up bonus

New rewards platform offering online and high street discounts, as well as 24/7 GP access and savings on your weekly shop

£22.50 P/W

Parasol

Reduced margin - £16 p/w

Expected or unexpected absences paid; sick pay and paternity pay; ability to pay into any pension provider of your choice

01925 645 265

£16 P/W

PayStream MyMax

£100 joiner bonus

Personal tax-planning experts available for bespoke advice; salary sacrifice for personal pensions

£25.50 P/W

Any help is appreciated, experience with any of the companies, and any insights on going direct to manpower - if it is better etc
