I have been using minoxidil since January 6th and I still see no results. i have been using it every day at night and have not skipped a day. why isnt it working?

I have been using minoxidil on my eyebrows since January 6th and I still see no results. i have been using it every day at night and have not skipped a day. why isnt it working? I am very frustrated because I have been consistently using it and I see a ton of people get better results with less time of using it.
