C’mon, he even drives Dr Bill over the river!! Bill didn’t pay him the full fare so it’s back to the Land of the Living for him. Later the driver slams the cab door on Bill so he can’t run away from his guilts any more.
And the gates to Hades are guarded by Cerberus…or Milich, as we know him. Yes, Milich is a dog…he’s literally labelled DOG by the reflections of the cafe across the street when we first see him. He jumps on the couch, barks at intruders and is losing hair everywhere. Could it be any more obvious?
