8bitdo Ultimate 2 LB not always working
The controller is only a few months old and has been working flawlessly until recently. Most of the time the LB button works when I press it but about 10% of the time it's like the press doesn't register at all. I'm having no other issues with the controller aside from this. Nothing about the button sounds off or feels different compared to RB. But as you can imagine this is very frustrating in some games.
I've tried resetting it, updating the firmware, recalibrating it, and connecting with the dongle and bluetooth to rule out a problem with the connection. So I'm wondering what can I do to fix this? Or is this a known issue? Is it worth reaching out to 8Bitdo official support? I really don't wanna take apart a fairly new controller to try and troubleshoot this.
