Feeling meh? Ideas? 💡

I’m 23, 5’10 and 194 pounds and i have a connective tissue disorder which is no fun. I’d really like to lose 15 ish pounds I tend to hold it around my waist and thighs. I go to the gym and strength train, not really sure what else to do I’m just feeling meh and found this group just wanted to put my stuff out there and see what people have to say; if they’ve been in the same situation etc.. I’m impatient for sure, but I’m striving towards my goal. Just wanted to see what others have to say. Thank you guys in advance for reading this far LOL!
