Looking to build a deck centred around the Apophis trap monsters, and possibly splash in Angel Statue and Anguish Pattern into the deck. I know a lot of the top decks are just running dominus and primite cards as supplementary engines, but for someone where those cards are a bit outside the price range, what are some other options to run?

I've seen some things like Regenesis thanks to the Scorpion of Serket and True Draco, but what do you guys think are some good synergistic engines and archetypes?

Just saw a deck on Yugioh Meta that's using Subspace Battle in Ryu-Ge, and I have to admit, I'm a bit confused as to how the interactions work here. Is the idea that while you can't activate the monster effects of the Ryu-Ge cards, you can still use Mistva and Anva's pendulum effects?
