Hi everyone! I’m 25 F

I’ll be starting my MBA in IIT Delhi this July and am currently looking for a flat (or a room in a pre-occupied flat). Planning to shift in the first week of July, and I’ll be in Delhi by mid-June to check out places in person.

Preferences:
- Fully furnished setup (bed, wardrobe, basic furniture, etc.)
- AC, washing machine, and essential amenities required
- Cook + maid friendly setup (I’ll be hiring both)
- Attached washroom preferred, but not a dealbreaker
- Open to 2BHK or 3BHK (either looking for a room or potential flatmates)
- Gated society preferred, open to independent houses too
- No restrictions on visits and all

Location:
- Ideally near a Magenta Line metro station for easy commute to college (IIT Delhi) so preferably GK or Nehru Enclave or Kalkaji

Budget:
- ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (my share)
