On my phone (android) when i try opening some sites like reddit, imdb, mcafee they immediately show without any buffering that -the url- is unreachable

my internet speed is good and this issue is only on my wifi, when i use my mobile data those sites work fine and when i use my pc connected to the same wifi the sites work fine

i tried restarting my phone, clear cookies, clear chrome cache, switch private dns to off, nothing works

i cant even understand why this is the case, can this be malware?

how to fix it?
