[Nintendo DS] [2000s] anime style death puzzle game.
I remember seeing PeanutButterGamer or ProJared or someone like that talk about this game in a video like “top 10 Ds games no one talks about” but I cannot find this video.
I don’t remember too much except that it’s similar to danganronpa in terms of art style and being a death game. I believe the premise was your character woke up in a strange building with clock theming and there were either 24 or 12 characters with you.
Each puzzle you could do would be tied to a character with the idea that the puzzle would equal 1/2 hours so at the end your character was in the building for 24 hours.
if you failed the puzzle the character connected to it would die. Or you’d have to choose between 2 characters and if you pass the puzzle for your chosen character they survive and the other would die.
I think there was also a mystery element to it. But truthfully the more I write about the more I worry that I’m talking about some Danganronpa spin off.
