My dad told me he want to break my sisters face in

So, to start my sister is starting to learn how to drive and she pretty much knows the basics but a couple days ago my mom wanted to let her drive out of a place it’s sorta like a parking lot. My mom told her to get in the truck to drive out of the spot while my mom was outside to tell her which way she should go, forward, backwards, left, right, so my mom would start to yell the directions to my sister and the was this one yell that scared my sister and made her jump and she went right into the car in front of her. So now my parents have to pay for the damages maybe even take some money of of her sweet-sixteen funds. 2-4 days later and during that time my dad hasn’t talked to her and just glares at her, but yesterday I got home from school the. Two hours later my dad got home from work, my dad hugged me and said “she fucked up bad, I’m so damn mad at her, just looking at her makes me want to break her face in” so in response I said “dude you should not be telling me this. Go talk to a therapist, Not me” in a very awkward and nervous tone.
I feel like I should tell her what he said but I feel like I shouldn’t because he had grabbed her by the neck before. Should I tell her or not?
