Job Title: Customer Support Officer - Ampang, Kuala Lumpur (Fully On-site)

We’re seeking a Customer Support Officer to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, supporting a global client base in the fast-paced financial industry. You'll also collaborate on process improvements and compliance updates, helping us maintain operational excellence in a regulated environment. What You'll Be Doing
- Provide client support including technical, operational, and product-related queries.
- Responding to incoming inquiries from clients via email, live chat, and telephone in a timely and professional manner.
- Client relationship management with new and existing global clients.
- Providing assistance in implementing new procedures and processes.
- Adhere to revisions to existing compliance practices and procedures, as implemented by the Compliance Manager / Compliance Committee.
- Excellent networking skills.
What You’ll Bring to the Table
- Malaysian citizen aged 18 and above
- A university degree in Finance/ Economics/ Banking is preferred.
- Previous experience in client service within the financial sector will have an added advantage
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of technical and fundamental analysis.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English. Proficiency in additional languages, such as Chinese, will be an added advantage.
- Able to accept rotational shift (Night shift allowance provided)
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Paid training will be provided.

Salary Range: RM3,500 - RM6,000 depending on experience
