With mid‑year reviews coming up, we’re encouraged to ask coworkers we work closely with for feedback. What are some good questions to ask that get useful input without creating anything that could be taken the wrong way or used against me in mid‑year or end‑of‑year evaluations?

Also any other advice for mid year reviews and what to put in them when filling them out?
