Hello everybody! I have recently been admitted to these two schools and am experiencing an incredibly difficult time deciding where to go; thus, seeking input on some info regarding opportunities and experiences. Are these suggestions still valid today?

The costs for these schools are relatively the same (would need to commute to USC to make them equal). I am interested in learning about the availability of research/internships, switching to another major within CoE (if I decide EECS isn't for me), and club applications for Cal. I am also interested in double-majoring (or minoring) in Linguistics. (Would the EECS workload be too much?)

Would UCSD's RSRI, Priority Registration, Housing Guarantee, Mentorship, etc.. really put it above Berkeley EECS? I have fomo on rejecting Berkeley EECS as it is highly ranked, and I have heard it is really great with internships, considering the proximity to Silicon Valley, but would any of these other offers be worth giving Cal up? I am open to the idea of going to grad school to major in aeronautics/avionics, but I may resort straight to a career in tech. Thank you in advance!
