Been running Tesamorelin + GHK-Cu for a few months — here’s what actually changed
Been lurking here for a while and figured I’d share my experience since I couldn’t find many honest write-ups when I was starting out.
Picked up Tesamorelin primarily for visceral fat reduction I’d read the clinical data and was curious whether the results would translate outside a controlled setting. About 6 weeks in, I noticed genuine changes in mid-section composition, nothing dramatic but noticeable, especially combined with a decent training routine. Sleep quality also improved noticeably, which I wasn’t expecting.
GHK-Cu I added later, mostly for skin and recovery. Hard to quantify but my skin texture has genuinely improved. Could be placebo but I’ve run enough cycles of other things to feel like something is different.
Sourcing is always the stressful part with peptides — I actually ended up starting my own small supplier (precisionpeptide.co.uk) because I got fed up with inconsistent quality. Happy to answer questions about either peptide.
