Earlier this year i (rather painstakingly) recreated all of the elements of the N64 boxes so that I could make my own. I didn't end up doing anything with it until now. Thought it would be cool to adapt for my copy of super mario bros.

The text on the back is from the 1985 NES game booklet.

I get these printed by a print shop near me on high gloss card stock and then cut and fold. I'd say they turn out around 90% authentic looking. I'm going to experiment with some spray on super gloss mod podge this weekend to see if that takes it that extra little bit. Anyone else do this?

I’m considering an upgrade from my 2021 QLED Samsung Frame to an LG C5 OLED. I’ve done enough research to know that’s 1. A solid upgrade and 2. A great OLED tv. I’m curious if anyone is knowledgeable about timing. Is OLED due for some sort of tech upgrade soon that I should hold out for? Or is it as good a time as any to take the leap?

Thanks!

Hello everyone! Thought I'd post my quick thoughts after picking up a Sound Lite for use as a home theater set up.

I bought a sound lite with the idea of using it as a center channel in a 3.0 setup. While it technically functions, it phases in and out of sync with my wiim amp ultra frequently enough that it's basically unusable. It creates an odd echo-y effect for a couple seconds every few minutes and then seems to resync.

I played with the delays to make it "more reliable" as the app says, it does appear to keep it in sync better when you do that but the downside is now your video and audio are desynced. Disappointed but I'll probably have to return it.

u/RyanWithWiiM anything I could be doing wrong by chance?
