High burden PVCs and PACs

I went from very minimal pacing (only during sleep) to a high burden of PVC / PACs in Nov 2025, on the order of 950/hr. Not at all comfortable, anxiety creating and damaging sleep, as you likely know.

But oddly, some more complex musical rhythms make more sense now. Exploring that idea led me to the entrainment topic and exploring if music with a beat (bpm) near my resting rate could offer some relief. Seems pretty useful for me your mileage may vary.

Has anyone with a basic motion sensor type of ICD attended a very loud and bass driven music event? Can the sound alone (that you can feel in your chest) drive the pacing response as if you are moving?
