I am located in Atlanta, GA, USA.

I’ve had these light water stain marks on parts of my ceiling in the living room for years now. I know there was a water leak issue with my home years ago that required us to change out the roof entirely back in 2013.

I have had no health issues since then, and they haven’t grown at all, but wanted to consult others before bringing a professional out to see if these stains that have stayed behind are a result of mold in anyway?

I hope this isn’t a dumb thing to ask, probably is. But I’ve been trying to get into construction project management, really anything entry-level just to get my foot in the door since a lot of these places don’t really hire people without experience. At most, I have a certification and prior job roles with transferable skills to project management, but it’s been difficult nonetheless.

With that, of course my social media knows what I’m looking up, so it keeps bringing up videos/reels of specifically women working in construction, not just project management, but the field overall and a lot of of them are being very open and honest about lying on their resumes just to get an entry-level position. Is this actually working? Is this happening more and more because of how crappy the job market is right now? Just wanted to ask before I even think of attempting something like this.
