Looking for a shop to work on my 13 Outback that is NOT a dealership. Just had my car into Walser for an oil change and walked out with a 1k bill and my car in worse shape than I dropped it off. They are skirting all responsibility after gas lighting me saying that the violent shake that my car has now on the highway is normal and operating within specs. There are loose nuts and bolts in my passenger floorboard as well.

Would love someone certified to work on Subaru's to get my money in the future instead of some greedy dealership. Also, coincidence maybe, but I've had a salesmen from there texting me every day offering to buy it and get me in a new Subaru.
