Hi, everyone!

I work in a corporation, in a non-call position and recently I had a panick attack because my boss told me to take "a couple of calls".

I refused because I felt really bad and I was crying a lot. She proceeded to tell me that I should have done my tasks *post panick attack*, when my mind was a complete mess. I sent her an email describing my symptoms, health concerns and the actual law and I mentioned that I will never take calls. It is also outside of my job description.

Fast forward a couple of days and I feel like the whole vibe is off. I missed a meeting for a reason I can't even understand, my guess is a teams malfunction, so that also added more trouble for me.

I'm still doing my work but my manager wants to have a meeting with me and I want so also. I want to let her know that I feel very undervalued, that I am a team player and it is important for me to do my tasks well, but a panik attack cannot be controlled.

I feel like lately I've just been given a lot for work without any bit of recognition. We have this huge yearly awards at my workplace and they do it on rotation with staff members. A staff member that has already been chosen once was chosen again. I was never chosen, it would have been my turn + one other colleague's turn.

I had excellent results every month, my performance review was great, but ever since the year started I have had nothing but micromanaging, mistrust in my abilities, and absolutely no recognition. They do say "thank you" and "please", but that's as far as it goes.

I feel miserable and I raised this concern a couple of months ago with my supervisor. I even told her months ago that I won't take calls ever, I set clear boundaries and they disrespected them.

What should I do, guys? I really hate this corporate expectation that was should all lie and pretend everything is great. I want to tell them the truth and look for a real solution, not to lie! What would you do?

Thank you :)

Hi, everyone! I'm very proud of my achievement, as I think it is never too late to learn something new.

Out of fear, lack of opportunity and lack of access to a suitable bike my size, I was not able to learn. That changed yesterday, and I absolutely love it!

The problem is that I hit my shin pretty bad on the pedals, I have a huge and very painful bruise. Overnight more bruises appeared and I don't even know how. My shoulders also hurt for some reason, I can't feel anything in the area where I bend my right thumb, and my palms started hurting also.

Yesterday I was squeezing the handle bar like crazy, but not on purpose.

My next session is next Tuesday and I wanna make sure I don't come home more bruised. How can I hold the bike steady for longer and what can I do to ride in a more relaxed manner, so thaty palms and shoulders don't hurt?

Thanks, have a nice day! ☺️

Edit: Thank you everyone for your nice comments, great advice and beautiful encouragement! ❤️

Hi, everyone! I've been playing Wow on and off for many years, I recently came back to it and I'm taking my time exploring all the new content they released in Dragonflight, and going to my favorite old zones, for nostalgia's sake. Eventually I will also get Midnight, but I'm in no rush.

While travelling again to my favorite spots in Silvermoon City I really took the time to study every detail. I noticed the arcades, the color palette, the accessories on the tables and the walls. I noticed the obvious Middle Ages references in the usage of textiles, as well as several Middle East inspirations, specifically in the carpets, some accessories and some patterns on the walls. Silvermoon is a mixture of styles and time periods, as there are elements of both Art Noveau and even Gothic style ornamentation. It's a soup of everything that somehow blends beautifully together, creating the city we all love.

Idk why I can't post more photos, but in the image you can find an example of a pillow from Silvermoon City.

I took my time exploring other cities as well and I was thinking of creating proper analysis, based on actual art history, and posting these inspiration points online. we can see an influence of Aztec and Maya culture and art in Zandalar, Gilneas and Stormwind are very much inspired by Medieval European Citadels.

I would love to know what are inspiration points you've identified and if anyone would be interested in watching an art history + WoW graphics content. I think that with Midnight a lot of people got really into interior design so maybe?

I also love to notice the different food and drinks in each area, I wonder if there is a database of this, or if it would be interesting for anyone to create one.
