Over the past few days my ps5 has been acting up. I’ll turn it on like usual but when I click my profile it stays on this screen for about five minutes, then it goes to my homepage. However when I try to play any game it doesn’t move past the game loading screen either. I’ve tried resetting it and resetting my internet I’m not sure where to go from here.

So I’ve recently started playing tlou on a ps3 do the first time and I was so excited to try and platinum the game. However it took me to reach Henry and Sam’s to actually check the trophies I’d need. And I’m so disappointed about half of them are factions related, that hasn’t been playable for a while I’m so upset. Is there any way to platinum tlou on ps3 or do I cut my losses now
