So supposedly mag-iistart ako tomorrow kay Cognizant. But HR keeps emailing me regarding completion of their background checking verification. I have processed it nung kabibigay pa lang nung offer letter nila, it is asking me to submit either a passport, PRC or driver's license which is wala ako. So I've done the alternative by submitting one of the options na nasa email ni HR which was the birth certificate with a valid ID particularly my Philhealth. But the portal still keeps asking me for the ID's I said na wala ako earlier.

Also, with my proof of education, wala pa akong diploma or TOR na inissue ng school ko. So I submitted my latest registration form, the damn portal is not accepting the said documentation and asks me to resubmit again, even though naka indicate dun is registration form yung pinasa ko.

Kinakabahan ako kasi baka hindi ako makapag-start bukas, but I'll be resubmitting the said document again, pero di ko alam paano ko ipapasa yung bagay na wala ako (their list of ID's for identity.)

So ayun, nag initial interview ako sa Cognizant kahapon virtually. Ang unang inooffer was insurance brokerage account sa Vertis North which is mas malapit sa bahay namin (Near Tandang Sora). And also may experience ako handling general insurance noon sa Alorica.

Then bigla akong tinanong nung HR if I have an experience ba daw with social media handling, sabi ko no. Then sabay tanong if gusto ko daw ba mag Bridgetowne. Naalala ko may friend ako dun sa CNX and oks naman daw ambiance sa Bridgetowne.

Kinakabahan lang ako kasi idk baka saan ako dalhin na account. Madami na din akong nabasang rants dito about Cognizant, but I'm hoping na I'll get a good working experience. And also sana content mod since PTSD na sa voice 😂.

Currently nasa operations interview stage ang application ko, and I'm nervously waiting for an update.
