“I recently joined T-Mobile as an external hire into a Program Manager (Technical) role.

I’m considering switching internally to a TPM role and had a few questions:

1. Is it realistic to move internally this early after joining?

2. Does T-Mobile have any minimum tenure requirement before applying to internal roles?

3. How supportive are managers typically for internal transfers?

4. What does the internal interview process look like for TPM roles (same as external loop or lighter)?

I was served a pivot document today. I don’t intend to fight it. I want to take the severance money and leave. I have RSUs vesting 2 weeks after the decision end date. I’m over 40 years old. Is there any way I can extend the final date by 2 weeks to get my stocks without any drama?

Edit: I read somewhere that as an older worker I get 21 days to review and sign and additional 7 days as a revocation period. Can anyone tell me how this works?
