“I recently joined T-Mobile as an external hire into a Program Manager (Technical) role.
I’m considering switching internally to a TPM role and had a few questions:
Is it realistic to move internally this early after joining?
Does T-Mobile have any minimum tenure requirement before applying to internal roles?
How supportive are managers typically for internal transfers?
What does the internal interview process look like for TPM roles (same as external loop or lighter)?
