Payment received after claim has been closed? (England)
Hi all,
I recently had to close my claim because my partner received a significant inheritance, we declared the money straight away (May 1st) and requested to close the claim, the claim and our account(s) were closed on the 7th, which is the same date I usually get my statement. My assessment period was 5th April - 4th May.
As of midnight tonight, I've just received a payment from UC. This has left me super confused and anxious - do I need to pay this money back? If so, how?
