has anyone else had a problem with the order processing times ? I ordered a dyson hairdryer on the 23rd of april and haven't recieved the parcel or any updates since then. if I search the order number on the tracking page it just says it's processed. I can't find a support email and I'm not wasting my time on hold for hours to call them ,,, bit of a joke since it's like a 200 pound item thank god shipping was at least free but supposedly 'next day'
