Still can’t decide which to get. It’s just me alone at the end stages of a divorce after 25 years. So I’ll only be cooking for myself. I like the simplicity of the Joe Jr, but the flexibility of the Bronco for rack of ribs or tri tip flat, but just can’t decide. Just looking for a daily driver for dinners most nights.

Honest question looking for honest answers. I’ve been using a 25 year old $14.00 Bodum electric one speed grinder and am very happy with the results. Will purchasing a $100 - $150 manual multi setting burr grinder really deliver better results? Or is the expensive grinders just something that makes people “feel good” to have and or show off. Will a $200 1Zpresso J-Ultra grinder really make me moka pot coffee better than my $14.00 Target purchased Bodum?
