I will try to make this clear as possible but I’m so upset. My baby boy (1 in a few days) has been having rashes whenever he has dairy but pediatrician always dismissed it. More importantly for his whole first year of life he’s had trouble gaining weight. Like going all the way down to the 5th percentile. I could never figure out why. And now I’m connecting the dots after online research that it could be CMPI 😭 gosh. Im devastated that my baby has been suffering all this time and my pediatrician never has even brought it up and dismissed my concerns for any allergies. Is there any irreversible damage that could’ve been done because of this?? For context I breastfed for 6 months then went to kendamil whole milk and switched to goat milk and again connecting the dots that this is when he started gaining weight. Sorry if this is not the correct sub for this post. I am just so confused and upset.
