My U4025QW is broken only a month after since I bought it. Now, I still need a new monitor because Dell refused to repair the panel.

U4025QW is the best for my working environment but I am afraid of Dell’s warranty policy and there are no offline store that I can buy it directly.

So I am looking at apple studio display with apple care, and would it be right choice? 40 inches is good but some time I feel it is too wide. I used to use 27 inches imac but I cannot recall my user experience. Usually I enjoy watching movies and I am doing accounting for work.

Please share your opinion.

It has been just over a month since I bought this monitor and suddenly it just cracked in normal use. I guess the monitor got stressed during the transport and it is very embarrassing.

Dell refused to repair and exchange the monitor and I do not know what to do. They just say buy new one.

I expected them to suggest me to buy refurbished one but they just do not anything.

Usually in this situation, is there anyway for me to get it repaired?
