The apartment is on the first floor, so moving in and out is easy. It is surprisingly quiet. Maintenance is very responsive and usually comes the next day. Pest control is done regularly, so there are usually no bug issues. Fully furnished with a TV, in-unit washer and dryer, open kitchen, multi-function microwave, oven, dishwasher, and a spacious common area.

If you plan to cook, I can leave my seasonings, pots, bowls, and other kitchen items for you.
