Hi! I'm one of those nerds that likes making spreadsheets and being a completionist so I started on a CookieChat gift spreadsheet!

While most of the loved gifts have been recorded, there's still a lot of information missing on the neutral/hated gifts. If anyone wanted to help out that would be much appreciated! DM or commetn if you want to add information but don't want to deal with google sheets and I'll try to add it as quickly as I can!

Anyone who has information should also look at the cookierun wiki! https://cookierun.wiki/w/CookieChat

I’m an incoming freshman this fall :D I’ve always had a major passion for history and Brown’s open curriculum has been really interesting to me for getting to explore different aspects.

I would want to concentrate in the ancient world (I also plan on double majoring in classics) or maybe East Asian studies (Korean). I also want the ability to explore around in other places.

So questions

  1. What professors do you guys recommend/love?

  2. What classes were most interesting to you?

  3. While I’m planning on majoring in history/classics, I also want to explore more humanities stuff. Would it be worth it for me to take psych/philosophy/writing/etc. classes my first year? Should I wait until I’m more settled in my interests?

  4. Is there any other incoming history freshman :P

Any advice is much appreciated! Even if it’s not history-related, general advice about Brown would also be great. Thank you in advance <3
