Super amazed ako sa customer service at sa resolution ng MariBank. Yung account ko got locked due to frequent attempts, however I was just trying to buy load which costs 49 pesos. Then suddenly, I was unable to process the request. I started to freak out because the funds in my account are for our monthly groceries, and I was supposed to go to the grocery store today but that happened.

I reached out to their CS through chat, then I was 10th in queue. After probably 5–10 minutes, I got a representative and shared my concern. Within around 8 minutes, my concern was resolved. I’m just really glad at how fast they
were in resolving this kind of issue.
