Carbone Riviera - Questions
I’m planning to be in Vegas in July and got a reservation for Carbone Riviera. I’m from NYC and I visit Vegas a few times a year so I’ve tried many of the restaurants on the strip and have access to many great food options at home.
For anyone who’s actually been to the new Carbone Riviera, what did you think? Worth going once? Would you go back?
I’m aware the price isn’t cheap but if the food is good I’m willing to overlook this. If the food is mediocre and it’s also expensive that would suck. Also curious how their cocktails are. Particularly a whiskey old fashioned. I care less about the atmosphere if the food and drinks aren’t good.
For those of you who don’t love Carbone Riviera is there any other restaurant on the strip you would recommend? Looking for a sit down restaurant with good drinks and good food, willing to spend a few hundred per person so that should cover most places.
