A nice variation on tuna melt I concocted a few years ago. The secret is the little bit of Harissa.
- Tuna flake in water
- Feta cheese
- Mayonnaise (2 tbsp)
- Red onion (chopped)
- Pickle Gherkin (chopped)
- Garlic paste (tsp)
- Harissa paste (half tsp)
- Sliced jalapeños (optional)
- Sourdough bread
- Mature cheddar to top
- Air fry at 170 for 4-5mins
