Computer Lag During Zoom Calls
Hi folks -
I've tried to troubleshoot so many things and I still can't figure out why I have such a reduction in performance - both the Zoom call performance and overall computer performance - when I'm in Zoom calls. I've got AT&T fiber internet and according to speedtest.net, I have upload speeds of 106.7mbps and download speeds of 84.64mbps.
My laptop specs are:
Processor: 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1360P (2.20 GHz)
Installed RAM 32.0 GB (31.7 GB usable)
Graphics card Intel(R) Iris(R) Xe Graphics (128 MB)
Storage 197 GB of 954 GB used
I have turned off all the startup apps I can, I have tried cancelling processes during calls, I have no tabs open in browsers, I have installed all updates and restarted, I have turned off AI use on my laptop...by all accounts, things SHOULD WORK. What am I missing?
