Dishwasher bottom arm won’t spin
Old Maytag jetclean dishwasher (MDC4000AWE), portable (on wheels). I’ve taken apart the bottom filter box, cleaned each part meticulously, cleaned out some gunk from the arms, replaced any old o-rings, and still the bottom arm won’t spin. Water does come out all the little holes and the arm spins freely by hand!
To all the know-hows (which I am not): is the issue that there still isn’t enough pressure for the arm to spin? It looks like a lot of water to me but what do I know. Would replacing the pump likely fix this?
Would appreciate any advice!! Can’t easily afford a new dishwasher, but also don’t want to pay to replace the pump if it won’t likely fix my issue.
