Today ca foscari published its 3 rd admission round ranking for data science bachelor, i am supposed to be ranked but i did not found my id there

Then the university sent me this email saying that I did not uploaded my test results and dew to that my application was not considered,witch is not true , i am sure that i have uploaded my test results

What should i do now
