i live in a religious house hold in a religious community the idea of even bringing this up could genuinely cause me more problems. i don’t have any plans in the near future to be sexually active. but i just don’t want to have this problem anymore.
i haven’t been properly diagnosed but I’ve never been able to insert more than the tip of one finger in. it immediately hurts and i’ve tried to relax and sometimes can go past the first knuckle but that’s honestly my max. i don’t have access to any form of PT or dilators but i also don’t think i’ll be able to fix this by myself.
