Hi all! My partner and I are discussing marriage and are both in the UK (I’m currently on a skilled work visa), but he is finishing his masters degree and does not currently have a full time job. I work full time and make over the amount needed for the visa. Would it be possible to solely apply with my salary? Or will he have to show full time work? He has a part time job but only a few shifts a week to keep up with his projects/work. Just trying to see if this will have to wait or if we can get married and secure all of the visa info sooner rather than later. Thanks in advance :)
EDIT: my parter is a UK citizen, I’m from the US and been on SWV for 3 years and looking to move to spousal visa.
