I kid you not I joined 2 months before the policy came out, i hadnt known about the policy until i hit my first duty station, I was boy moding becuase i didnt want to get judged/ didnt bave support from family so lack of confidence.

My 1SG found out about it and now theyre talking about processing me, im very open about it online/ through social media etc. A big reason I joined besides being a patriot and the fact it was a life long dream is the benefits. Im curious to which ones ill maintain after being separated with this little service time.

Gi bill? Va home loan? Will i get disability as im airborne and have connected health issues due to it?
