Hi, I was just wondering, I started using a premade pen to administer retatrutide I started at 0.5 mg dose and have worked up to 2 mg titrating up slowly.

Monday will be my fourth 2mg. I don’t think the premade pen is a good quality hence why I’m switching to a vial.

When I receive the vial, what dose should I start on?

Am I being impatient. I have been on Reta for 7 weeks now. I dose weekly starting at 0.5mg for the first two weeks, 1mg for 2 weeks and 2mg for three weeks.

I understand I’ve titrated up quickly but I haven’t seen much weightloss.

I started at 148 and I’m on 145 so it’s only a weight loss of 3lbs

I eat around 1500 cals with 100-130g protein. I try to get around 10k steps a day and strength train 3-5 times a week training to failure. I forgot to add I do binge drink on the Saturdays and I know I shouldn’t so will stop now till my birthday. Wonder if I’m blowing my deficit

I brought the pen off a friend of a friend as didn’t know much about the grey market. It was a pre-made pen and since I’ve done my research I would prefer to buy the vials and dilute myself.

I’ have had some skin sensitivity around my lower back and forearms which makes me think it’s working. But not much appetite suppression. I can finish my meals but maybe I go slightly longer between them

What’s your guys thoughts?
