I had upper right second molar filling done a week and a half ago and 6 days after I had it done i have radiating pain after eating hot or cold foods that lasts hours. My whole right side hurts, I’m depressed and i don’t feel like eating.
it didn’t hurt for the first 6 days. now i have pain for the last 4 days I think. The tooth itself doesn’t hurt and i cannot pinpoint the pain. the pain is not extreme, but it makes me not want to do anything. i can sometimes pinpoint the pain to the first molar but sometimes it feels like it starts somewhere else, right now i have completely no idea. my surrounding teeth hurt, or i don’t know what really does cause i can feel the pain around my gums and like the cheek. if i eat something harder, sometimes i’ll get a sharp pain on biting in my first molar. my lower right canine randomly started hurting yesterday too. none of these teeth have cavities according to my dentist. my bite feels the same as before. I never had something like this happen after a filling. do I need to go back to the office or give it time?
