Hello po! In need of advice TT

DPWAS ako sa UPD at nakapag-exam sa PUP Sta. Mesa, and also about to take one sa CVSU Carmona.

Ang kinuha kong course sa UP at PUP is BS Statistics and Applied Math/Math, while ang kukunin ko naman sa CVSU Carmona ay BS Computer Science. I really want to get into the field of Data Science and meron din within walking distance na university here na BS Computer Science with specialization in Data Science but private school sya.

Primary issue ko is yung financial, especially since aasa lang talaga ako sa scholarships like DOST or CHED. 😥

If nag UPD/PUP ako, I would also need a dorm since malayo ako roon.

What is the most practical approach to this po? Especially since gusto ko rin po ng magandang career. Thank you so much po! 🥹

Problem/Goal:

I need help deciding which college path is most practical for me, especially because I want to enter the field of Data Science and still have a good career outcome.

Context:

I am an incoming 1st year college student in the Philippines. I am currently a DPWAS applicant in UP Diliman, I have already taken the exam for PUP Sta. Mesa, and I am also about to take the exam for CvSU Carmona.

My course choices in UPD and PUP are BS Statistics / BS Applied Math / BS Math, while in CvSU Carmona, I would take BS Computer Science. I am also considering a nearby private university that offers BS Computer Science with a specialization in Data Science, but it is a private school.

My main concern is financial. I will be relying heavily on scholarships like DOST, and if I go to UPD or PUP, I will also need a dorm because they are far from my home.

Previous Attempts:

I have already applied/taken exams for UP Diliman and PUP Sta. Mesa, and I am preparing to take the exam for CvSU Carmona. I am also waiting for scholarship results and openings (such as DOST, CHED Merit and GBF Stem Scholarship).
