I had a business trip to Slovakia with my company. We were issued a German Schengen visa because our headquarters is in Germany. However, when I arrived in Frankfurt, I was deported due to “mismatching documents” and being considered a potential threat to public security in Germany or the Schengen area.
After that, my lawyer filed an appeal and contacted the Public Prosecutor’s Office in Frankfurt am Main. They replied that all search measures against me had been completely terminated, and that I would not face any consequences if I re-enter Germany, unless a new suspicion arises.
Then, my lawyer contacted BKA the Federal Police. They confirmed that the refusal of entry records stored in the Central Register of Foreigners had been deleted. However, they also mentioned that another record related to my deportation cannot be deleted early and will remain in the system for 5 years (2028) before being automatically removed.
After this, I applied for a visa again, but it was rejected. My lawyer explained that this is likely due to the remaining deportation record, which still exists in the system. Although it is only a historical record, it is still visible to the authorities and may affect visa decisions.
At this point, I feel confused and unsure about what to do next. and if im banned or not. and i can i get visa from another country for example if i found relocation package with visa sponsorship?
