Stop Infantilising People and Blaming Parents
This is a recent trend , especially among younger Muslims, who are not parents (I am not one myself), but it seems to be the younger generation, who can’t blame individuals for their actions, if someone turns out bad, it’s the parents, oh its someone else, oh, they are young, When are we going to look at reality, most of the households, I have seen across countries, from strict to not strict, you have kids who are on the deen, and you have those who deviated, same parenting, same treatment, I can count families I know with my hands that have 5+ kids, and one does drugs, and they all had the same parenting, and some will say, oh it’s the parents, No, it’s not. yes, some parents hold some blame of course , but Allah says,
“And each of them will return to Him on the Day of Judgment all alone.”
