My Sapphire Pulse 9070XT consistently runs between 35-45W when I have no apps open except for Adrenalin. HardwareInfo64 gives similar readings. This is higher than it should be, right? Is there anything else I can do to check, and if not, is there anything I can (or should) do about it?

These have to be crossing some kind of line, surely? Maybe they're not in the same ethical ballpark as BetterHelp, but if I were a media reviewer with ~200k subscribers, I'd be nervous about implicitly vouching for the quality of the healthcare providers this service might hook my viewers up with. Platoon went hard on the BH shills and it was a lot of fun to listen to, so I sure hope he's really confident that Zocdoc are legit.
Although having said that, even if they are totally above board, the language he uses to recommend them is absolute shillmaxxing:
