How to break platues?
As I am stuck at 23 pull up reps and by doing just isometric sometimes weighted pull up dips and bodyweight push up like a emom 1st min weighted pull up and another weighted dips and bodyweight push up like that fir 4 to 5 set in total and pyramid 1 to 10 and 10 to 1 rep but I am not able to stuck at this plan as I don't see any progress after 2 month and don't how to increase further more.Can anybody help me out with weekly routine to break my platues.
