I am so beyond frustrated, nobody on the phone support line or text line can give me a clear answer, in fact I have been given two completely different answers as to what is going on. Yesterday I was supposed to receive this package worth over $300 in value , I was told it didn't make the truck and that it would be delivered the next day unless I wanted to pick it up that day, so the person on the phone set it to pickup which changed the delivery date completely so I had to then contact them again and have them change it back to just be delivered. My package went on hold yesterday afternoon along with this email (2nd screenshot). I called them this morning at 6AM to see what was wrong and I explained what happened to them with the last support person and he basically ended up saying that the "Hold" status should change soon by around 10AM. It is now 11:50AM and I have contacted support again, once over call and over text. The person on the call said that it should arrive today but the person on the support chat stated that the are having issues with too many packages today and my package is now delayed. Will it be here or not?? This city is an hour away from me and it has been a week now since this order had been in transit to me. I wouldn't have paid so much extra for international express if I knew it wouldn't actually be express.
