My mind may be playing tricks on me but I think I remember Busty being for both genders, I just checked it out but judging by the description it appears to be female only.

Afaik there's only an Australian version, only black Delonghi Dedica in the US is the standard EC680, it sucks because the Australian one is 220v so you can't even import it hassle free.
