A couple of weeks ago I ordered four items three of the four were inside the box. I immediately reported that one item was missing. I didn't ask for a refund, I only wanted the item that I paid for reshipped. The cs agent said he wasn't able to have it shipped because the sellers inventory kept changing. I said something about it being fake and he said "no it's not fake." Said he would refund my gift card account. I waited and no such refund showed. I went back to cs and they said oh it should be on your account in an hour. It wasn't and I came back again, shortly after I received an email saying I was flagged for return abuse. Then they refuse to give me any money or looking in to it any further because there was "proof" of the item being inside the box sealed and signed for. I don't know who's signed for it, not myself. Somebody is not doing their job or stealing stuff and now accusing me as a liar and policy abuser. I don't take too kindly to that and I can't buy anything from somebody who does not give me everything I paid for.
