I don't know about you guys but I sometimes feel like my brain just keeps looping on the same things (that are not useful even sometimes) and I can’t really organize what I’m thinking. Like I understand what’s going on, but I still overanalyze it and end up making everything more confusing. I replay conversations, imagine different outcomes, and it just turns into a mess in my head. It made me wonder if something that could actually help structure thoughts (not just give advice) would even help, or if I’m just overthinking this and trying to “fix” something that doesn’t need that. AIO?

TL; DR: My thoughts feel messy and repetitive, and I’m wondering if wanting something to help organize them is valid or just more overthinking.
